[로컬세계 김경락 기자] 세계일보 조사위원 고창군협의회(회장 임종학)는 24일 소외계층 및 불우이웃에게 연탄을 전달했다.

이날 고창군협의회 10명의 회원은 아산, 신림, 성송, 해리면 5세대를 선정해 따뜻한 겨울을 날 수 있도록 연탄을 2000장 배달했다. 

또한 누수로 보일러를 사용할 수 없는 가정을 위해 누수탐지 및 수리, 연탄보일러 교체 등의 나눔도 함께 펼쳤다.

고창군협의회 임종학 회장은 “지역의 자원봉사 문화를 선도하며 소외계층 및 저소득 가정을 발굴해 기관과 자원봉사단체를 연계, 수혜자와 봉사자 모두 보람과 기쁨을 느낄 수 있도록 다양한 봉사활동을 지속적으로 전개할 계획”이라고 전했다.
